Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the front part of the pepper off and remove the seeds. Remove the skin from the sausage and crumble it in a bowl. Stuff the crumbled sausage into the hollowed-out peppers and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
