Swedish Meatballs

These are so full of flavor and easy to make. I used ground Turkey but you can use any meat you want. Here’s how to make this simple meal👇🏼

What you need

cup chicken broth

tbsp salted butter

tsp onion powder

tbsp worcestershire sauce

lb ground turkey

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp coarse sea salt

tsp black peppercorn

cup bread crumbs

tsp garlic powder

cup low fat greek yogurt

tbsp all purpose flour

tsp ground mustard
Instructions
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients together & form into balls. 3. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. 4. While the meatballs cook, make the sauce. 5. In a sauce pan, melt the butter then whisk in the flour. 6. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. 7. Whisk in the chicken broth, Dijon, & Worcestershire. Simmer for 5 minutes. 8. Whisk in the Greek yogurt or sour cream. Season with salt & pepper. 9. To serve, add cooked pasta & meatballs to the sauce. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!View original recipe
