lb ground turkey

tsp dried cilantro

tsp fine sea salt

cup shredded cheese

cup cooked rice

tsp black pepper

tsp dried oregano

fl oz vegetable juice

clove garlic clove

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add olive oil or butter to a medium saute pan over medium heat. Saute the onions for about 5 minutes, then add the garlic. Stir in the Taco knight seasoning, dried oregano, dried cilantro, sea salt, and black pepper to the onions. Add the ground beef or Turkey, breaking it up with a spoon to make sure it doesn’t form large chunks. Brown the beef for about 8 minutes, then add the V8 juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice or cauliflower rice with the meat mixture. Fill the bell pepper halves with the mixture and top with shredded cheese. Place the peppers on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions.View original recipe
