What you need

tsp ground sage

lb ground turkey
tbsp olive oil
tbsp fresh parsley
Low Carb Pasta
tbsp unsalted butter
cup bread crumbs

tsp fresh garlic

tbsp cornstarch

tsp italian herbs

tsp dried oregano

cup chicken broth

tsp dried basil

tsp pepper
lb baby bella mushroom

cup milk

cup marsala wine

tsp salt
tbsp shallot

tsp ground pepper

cup onion
Instructions
Directions for the meatballs: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients, roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Directions for the Marsala Sauce: 1. Add the butter and oil to a sauce pan over medium heat. 2. Sauté the shallots for 2 minutes then add the garlic and sliced mushrooms. 3. Add the salt, pepper, herbs, and cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. 4. Add the wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil then turn down the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft. 5. Take 1 tbsp of the sauce and mix in the cornstarch in a small bowl to make the slurry. Add to the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. 6. Add the meatballs and cooked @greatlowcarb fettuccine. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!View original recipe
