Viral Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon

I finally tried the viral crispy rice! Make sure to have your sound on to hear that crunch! Here’s my recipe I came up with. You can make it as simple or complex as you want and change up different kinds of sushi or even cooked shrimp. Have fun & enjoy!

What you need
fl oz vegetable oil

oz salmon

tbsp fresh chives
cup cooked rice

tsp sriracha hot sauce

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Press the rice into a square container and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. 2. Remove the rice from the freezer & container. Cut into small squares for frying. 3. In a bowl mix the salmon, chives, mayo, sriracha, & soy sauce. 4. Spoon mixture into a piping bag & place in the fridge. 5. Heat oil in a shallow skillet over medium to high heat and fry the rice pieces for about 3 minutes a side. Remove the rice & place on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. 6. Assembled the bites. Pipe the salmon mixture onto each piece of rice & top with a chive. Repeat then enjoy!View original recipe
