What you need

tsp thyme

tsp ground cumin

tsp garlic powder

tsp parsley

tbsp pickled jalapenos

tsp onion powder

tsp salt

tsp oregano

lb cooked chicken

can great northern beans

oz green chili

tsp coriander

clove garlic clove

tsp pepper

cup chicken stock

tsp dry mustard

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Heat a large pot over a medium heat. 2. Melt the butter and sauté the onion for about 4 minutes then add the garlic, spices & herbs. 3. Add the green chilies, chicken stock, beans, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes. 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream and green onions or cilantro. Enjoy!View original recipe
