Zesty Chicken Soup

We’re still having some cool evening so my zesty chicken soup will hit the spot! It’s delicious and super easy. If you don’t have an instant pot, you can use a slow cooker or cook it on the stove in a pot. I promise you’ll love this & will be making it often. Enjoy!

What you need

tsp ground black pepper
lb chicken breast

cup chicken broth

tsp fine sea salt
cup salsa verde

oz cream cheese

tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients above except the cream cheese into the instant pot. 2. Set to manual mode and cook for 15 minutes on high pressure. 3. Allow pressure to release naturally and then shred the chicken with forks. 4. Whisk softened cream cheese into the soup mixture. 5. Serve with your favorite toppings.View original recipe
