What you need

cup lettuce

tbsp unsalted butter

cucumber

cup blue cheese crumbles

low-carb tortilla

lb cooked chicken
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, melt the butter then whisk in the wing sauce. 2. Toss the chicken in the sauce until completely coated. 3. Place the tortilla on a piece of paper sandwich wrap or saran wrap. 4. Place ¼ shredded lettuce down the middle of the tortilla and top with ¼ of the sliced cucumbers. 5. Next, add ¼ shredded chicken and top with ¼ blue cheese. 6. Tightly roll the wrap up and then seal in the wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Repeat with the remaining wraps. 7. Remove the wraps from the refrigerator and slice in half. Serve with dipping sauces (ranch, blue cheese, wing sauce) as well as celery and carrots. Enjoy!View original recipe
