Keto Mint Chocolate Patties

These sugar free mint chocolate patties that I made with @choczero are the perfect after meal treat! It’s like an Andes chocolate but without the sugar!

What you need

dash green food color

cup swerve sweetener

oz milk chocolate chips

tsp mint extract

cup heavy whipping cream

oz dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine cream cheese and one cup of powdered sugar in a stand mixer to combine. Add the extract and food color and mix until combined. Gradually add the rest of the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out about a tsp of the dough (I used a small ice cream scoop)and form into a ball using the palm of your hands. Place it on the parchment paper. Repeat until all the dough has been used Use the end of a small measuring spoon to create indentions in each patties. Chill the mint patties until firm, about 1 hour. Place chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl. I used a glass Pyrex bowl. Bring heaving whipping cream just to a simmer and then pour over the top of the chocolate chips. Stir once or twice and then let sit for 2 minutes. Continue stirring until the chocolate has melted. Transfer the chocolate to a ziploc bag and let it set for 30 minutes or until thickened. Cut the corner off of the bag and pipe the chocolate into the center of each mint patties. Chill for about an hour or overnight and Enjoy!View original recipe
