What you need

lb ground turkey

cup yellow onion

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

cup peanut sauce

cup carrot

cup water chestnuts

tbsp cilantro
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil & sauté the onions for about 6 minutes. 2. Add the ground Turkey and break up with a spoon so the meat will brown. 3. Stir in the soy sauce & vinegar. Cook & brown the meat for about 8 minutes or until it’s cooked through. 4. Stir in the peanut sauce and bring yo a simmer for 3 minutes. 5.
