What you need

lb ground beef
flatbread

fl oz frying oil

tsp dried cilantro

oz vegetable juice

tsp black pepper

tsp dried oregano

tsp fine sea salt

tbsp taco seasoning

clove garlic clove

onion
Instructions
1. Add olive oil or butter to a pan over medium heat. Sauté the finely diced onions for about 5 minutes until softened, then add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. 2. Stir in the taco knight seasoning, dried oregano, dried cilantro, sea salt, and black pepper to the onions and garlic. 3. Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon to ensure it doesn't form large chunks. Brown the beef for about 8 minutes. 4. Once the beef is browned, add the V8 juice and simmer for 2 minutes. 5. For low carb taco bowls: Place a bowl upside down in a pot with oil. Heat the oil to medium and place a low carb flatbread over the inverted bowl and fry for about 2 minutes or until crispy, forming a bowl shape. 6. Enjoy the taco meat on a low carb bowl, traditional taco, or in a salad!View original recipe
