What you need

tsp pepper

tsp salt

cup cheddar cheese

cup sour cream

lb yukon gold

tsp onion powder

cup heavy cream

tsp garlic powder

tsp dry mustard

cup chicken broth

tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
1. In a large stock pot, put the pealed potatoes in and just cover with chicken broth. 2. Bring to boil and cook for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. 3. Using a hand blender, puree the potatoes. You can leave a few chunks if you want. 4. Add in more chicken broth to thin it out. 5. Then add spices, bacon, cream, chives, & cheese. Stir to combine. 6.
