Spicy Cucumbers

This is a great way to use your cucumbers from your garden this summer or pick some up at your local store or farmers market. This recipe is full of flavor!

What you need

tbsp crushed red pepper

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp sriracha

garlic

tsp salt

cucumber
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers & place in a bowl with 1/2 tsp salt. 2. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to draw out the water. 3. Drain the water and give the cucumbers a rinse before returning back to the bowl/container. You may need to repeat a few times. 4. In a small bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients then pour onto the cucumbers. Mix until well combined. Enjoy!View original recipe
