What you need

tbsp demi glace

chicken broth

lb shiitake mushrooms

thyme

rosemary

tsp garlic powder

bread crumbs

cup blue cheese

cracker

flat-leaf parsley
lemon

tbsp salted butter

ground black pepper

salt

garlic

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp mustard

cup unsalted butter

tbsp sour cream

shallot

tsp creole seasoning
oz lump crab meat
Instructions
Crab Oscar Style Directions: 1. Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat & sauté the onions & garlic for about 3 minutes. 2. Stir in the mayo, sour cream & spices then gently fold in the crab meat so it doesn’t all fall apart then top your steak! Blue Cheese Crust Directions: 1. Set your oven to broil. 2. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients. 3. Place the steaks on a cookie sheet lined with foil, add the toppings to each steak & broil for 2 min. Compound Herbed Butter Directions: 1. In a small bow, mix all the ingredients together. 2. Spoon mixture onto sran wrap. Roll into a log & twist each end to seal. 3. Place in the refrigerator until firm then slice into small circles and place on each steak after it comes off the grill. Mushroom Demi-Glace Sauce Directions: 1. Heat the butter & oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the shallots and sauté for for 1 minute. 2. Add mushrooms & sauté for 3 min. then add garlic. Sauté for another 1 min. 3. Pour in broth, wine, cognac, & demi-glace. Simmer until the sauce is reduced in half, about 5 min. 4. Season with salt & pepper, parsley then pour onto the steak.View original recipe
