cup ginger snaps

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter & crushed ginger snaps. 3. Press crust into a tart or pie pan. 4. In a medium bowl, mix the streusel, eggs, water, & oil. 5. Pour on top of the crust and then sprinkle the crumble mix over the top. 6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
