Instructions
For the Cuban Sauce: Mix 3/4 cup mayo, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sriracha, and a dash of tabasco together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to use. For the Sandwiches: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Using a serrated knife, cut through the middle of the 12-count dinner rolls. Place the bottom halves side by side on the baking sheet and set the tops aside. 3. First, spread the prepared Cuban sauce on the bottom halves of the rolls, then add the 6 slices of Swiss cheese, next layer the 1 lb sliced deli ham, and finally arrange 12-16 pickles. Place the tops of the rolls back on. 4. Brush the top of the rolls with 1/4 cup melted butter. 5. Cover the baking sheet loosely with foil. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden. Enjoy!View original recipe
