Asparagus & Spring Pea Tart

Here’s an easy but elegant appetizer/side dish for Easter or any spring brunch you have coming up! I made it a little extra special by adding my favorite caviar @therealtsarnicoulai 🖤

What you need

egg

lb green peas

lb asparagus

feta

parmesan cheese
provolone

white cheddar

parsley

oregano
mustard powder

garlic powder
ground black pepper

salt

cup plain greek yogurt

puff pastry
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, unfold out the puff pastry sheet. 3. Roll out to make a thin even crust. 4. Spread out the Greek yogurt onto the sheet leaving 1” on each side then sprinkle seasonings, & herbs. 5. Spread evenly 3/4 of the cheese, asparagus, & peas. 6. Sprinkle with more seasoning, herbs & rest of the cheese. 7. Fold each side towards the middle and spread to seal the corners. 8. Brush with egg wash & bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is starting to brown. 9. Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut and serve with caviar if desired or by its self.
