Hawaiian Shrimp Fried Rice

Happy Monday friends! Don’t worry because I’ve got you covered with this delicious Hawaiian shrimp fried rice. You can also substitute the rice for cauliflower to make it low carb.

What you need

lb shrimp

tsp sesame oil

tbsp unsalted butter

cup pineapple
egg

tbsp rice wine vinegar

bunch cilantro

clove garlic clove

cup low-sodium soy sauce

cup onion

cup peas

cup cooked rice

tsp 5 spice powder
Instructions
Sauté onions, garlic, peas, carrots, corn & pineapple in butter in a wok or shallow pan. Sauté shrimp until cooked, about 3 minutes. Scramble egg into mixture. Add cooked rice, spices, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, & Sriracha. Stir & cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro & serve in pineapple bowls or shallow bowls. Enjoy!View original recipe
