Instructions
1. **Prepare Potlatch Seasoning:** In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 3 teaspoons paprika, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard. Store any extra seasoning in an airtight container. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 3. Ground the salmon in a food processor. 4. In a large bowl, combine the ground salmon, 1 tablespoon of the prepared Potlatch seasoning, 1/4 cup minced red onion, and 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley. Mix well. 5. Form the mixture into burger patties. 6. Place the patties on a greased cookie sheet. 7. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of Potlatch seasoning evenly on both sides of each patty. 8.
