What you need
fl oz ranch dressing

tsp garlic powder

cup bread crumbs

tsp dry mustard

cup hot sauce

tbsp dried parsley
egg

oz blue cheese

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp salt

bunch green onion

tsp pepper

tsp onion powder

lb ground chicken
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients (lean ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, dry mustard, dried parsley, egg, 2 tbsp hot sauce) except for the blue cheese. 3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, make a hole in the middle, stuff with blue cheese, and place them on the prepared cookie sheet. 4. Repeat until all the meatballs are rolled. 5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. For the buffalo sauce: 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and ½ cup hot sauce together. 2. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately with ranch and/or blue cheese dressing. Top with fresh green onions. Enjoy!View original recipe
