Black Raspberry Ice Cream Cheesecake

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

prepared pizza crust

pt ice cream

tbsp lemon juice

cup plain yogurt

cup no-calorie sweetener

oz cream cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Fill a baking pan halfway up with water, and place it on the oven’s lower rack. 2. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. 3. Beat all ingredients in a food processor just until smooth. 4. Spread filling on top of prepared crust. Place on the middle rack (above the rack with the water pan). 5. Bake for 30 minutes. Once time is up, turn off the heat and let the cheesecake sit in the oven an additional 5 minutes. 6. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let cool on the counter for 20 minutes. 7. Take the pints out of the freezer to soften for about 30-45 minutes. 8. Spoon & smooth the ice cream on top of the cheesecake then top with whipped cream & sprinkles or berries.
