This Snowflake Twist is an easy-to-make pastry, perfect for any holiday gathering. Inspired by other festive pastry designs, it features layers of puff pastry filled with cream cheese and jam, baked until golden brown, and optionally dusted with powdered sugar.

What you need

cup cream cheese

cup jam

puff pastry sheet
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, lay 1 piece of puff pastry down and top with cream cheese and jam. 3. Place the other puff pastry directly on top. Using a large bowl, trace/cut around the bowl to make a circle. 4. Place a small bowl in the center to stop you from cutting all the way to the center. 5. Cut every 2” all the way around the pastry then twist each piece. 6. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle powder sugar on top if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
