I picked everything up at my favorite grocery store @reasors while they’re having their “Great Outdoors” event. This salad is a perfect addition to your outdoor party because it’s easy, delicious & very cute too!

What you need

Chobani Whole Milk Greek Yogurt Lemon & Cream Blended 5.3

cup skim milk greek yogurt

tbsp lemon

tsp dijon mustard

tsp worcestershire sauce

O Organics Cheese, Organic, Shredded, Parmesan

cup parmesan cheese

tsp kosher salt

tsp black peppercorn

anchovy

Tanimura & Antle Lettuce, Artisan Romaine

Instructions

1. In a bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined. Add water, if needed, to thin out the dressing.
2. On a plate, add ¼ of the head of washed lettuce, followed by 2 tablespoons of dressing & 6 pizza croutons or more if desired.
3. Repeat to make the other salad portions.
4. Option: top with Parmesan and fresh black pepper. Enjoy!
