What you need

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste
tbsp fresh ginger

cup water

tbsp rice wine vinegar

cup mirin
sea bass fillets

tsp honey

tsp soy sauce
tsp garlic
Instructions
In a baking dish large enough to fit the fish in one layer, whisk together all the ingredients for the glaze. Put the fish fillets in the dish and coat them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the fillets skin-side down in a pan or cookie sheet greased with oil. Brush the fish liberally with the marinade. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then broil for a few minutes to crisp up the top. Enjoy!View original recipe
