Peach Bourbon Salmon

This peach bourbon salmon is a must try! It’s an easy meal to put together & the flavor combination is delicious. I paired it with some rice & veggies. Enjoy!

What you need

bunch fresh basil

tsp salt & pepper

peach

lb salmon

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp soy sauce
cup bourbon

tbsp garlic

cup peach preserves
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the salmon, peaches & basil. 2. Pour into a plastic bag with the salmon. 3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs. 4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 5. In an oven safe skillet over medium heat, spray oil & lay the salmon skin side up. Reserve the marinade. 6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then flip the salmon over and cook for another 2 minutes. 7. Pour in reserved marinade and add in the peaches. 8. Place in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes or until the salmon reaches at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit. 9. Remove from the oven, garnish with basil, sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.View original recipe
