What you need
tbsp dried oregano

tsp ground clove

tsp mustard powder

tsp ground black pepper

yellow onion

tbsp cumin powder

tsp coriander powder

bay leaves
oz diced tomatoes with green chiles

chipotle in adobo

tsp salt

cup beef broth

garlic
cup lime

tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a Dutch oven on the stove over high heat, brown the meat on all sides then add all the ingredients. 2. Stir to combine. 3. Cook on low(200 degrees) for 8 hours. The beef should be tender and fall apart easily when shredded with a fork. Enjoy with tacos or however you want! * Recipe can also be made in a slow cooker/crockpot instead of the oven.View original recipe
