tsp onion powder

cup tequila

Instructions

1. Place chicken & salsa verde in a bag to marinate overnight. 
2. Place the chicken and salsa in the Instant Pot with the rest of the ingredients. 
3. Set the instant pot to “meat” and cook for 20 minutes. 
4. When the timer goes off, vent the top to release the steam. 
5. Remove the chicken and shred for tacos. 
6. Optional: place the chicken on a cookie sheet and broil for a few minutes to crispy up the chicken. 
7. Build your tostadas and enjoy!
