What you need

tbsp sesame oil
tbsp gochujang

tbsp green onion

tsp rice vinegar

tbsp honey

lb chicken breast
tsp sesame seed
tbsp garlic

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until smooth. 2. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the sauce to save for dipping then thin out the rest of the sauce with a little water to create the marinade for the chicken. 3. Add the chicken breast, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 4. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add a little sesame oil or neutral oil. 5. Place marinated chicken in the pan (shake off excess marinade if it’s thick). 6. Cook 5–7 minutes per side (longer for bone-in) until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F) 7. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Enjoy!View original recipe
