What you need

bunch parsley

tbsp worcestershire sauce

lb raw shrimp

tsp black pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp cayenne pepper

cup butter

tsp dried thyme

splash hot sauce

fl oz lemon juice

tsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. 2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and hot sauce if using. 3. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, spooning sauce over the shrimp as they cook, until pink and just done. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
