What you need

tsp basil

cup fresh spinach

tsp oregano

cup parmesan cheese

lb ground turkey

can alfredo sauce

box lasagna noodles
cup mushrooms
egg

cup ricotta cheese

tsp italian seasoning

cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large skillet, brown the meat with 1.5 tsp Simple spice or salt & pepper as well as the Italian seasoning. 3. Add in the mushrooms and spinach. Sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce. 4. In a bowl, mix together the egg, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 tsp oregano, basil, & a sprinkle of salt & pepper. 5. Using individual greased shallow dishes or greased casserole pan if desired, layer the lasagna. 6. Add a little sauce first then 1 lasagna noodle, add a spoonful of meat mixture, then the ricotta mixture, top with another noodle and repeat. Make as many layers as you want. 7. Once all layers are completed, top with 1 last noodle, a spoonful of Alfredo sauce, mozzarella & parm. 8. Cover & bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with spinach & tomatoes. Enjoy!View original recipe
