I’m obsessed with these Carrot Cake Crackers! Forget the nut & raisin oat crackers from the store and make these for Easter. There’s the perfect combo of sweet & salty and they pair great with a variety of cheeses!

What you need

cup sesame seed

cup rolled oats

cup carrot

tsp salt

egg

white cake mix
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl add the cake mix and stir in the rest of the ingredients. 3. Pour into 4 small greased loaf pans. 4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5. Remove the bread from the pan and cool completely then place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight. 6. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. 7. Slice the bread into thin slices and place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 8. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes then turn the crackers over and bake for another 15 minutes or until they are crispy. 9. Remove from the oven and cool completely.View original recipe
