What you need

tsp ginger
tsp garlic

cup onion

cup bone broth

tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar

bunch green onion

oz dry roasted peanuts
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp honey

cup red bell pepper

cup soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

cup creamy peanut butter

lb ground chicken

ramen noodles

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

carrot

cup edamame
Instructions
1. In a bowl or pitcher, mix together all the sauce ingredients (chicken bone broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, sesame oil, unseasoned rice vinegar, honey, chili paste or sriracha) until well combined. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, onions, peppers & carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes. 3. Add in the garlic and cook for another minute then add the meat (ground chicken or turkey). 4. Cook through, about 8 minutes then add in the edamame & the prepared sauce. Stir to combine then bring to a simmer. 5. Add in the ramen noodles and cook until soft. 6. Top with chopped peanuts, green onions & or cilantro. Enjoy!View original recipe
