Instructions
1. Sous vide the pork chop for 8 hours. 2. Once sous vided, sprinkle the pork chop with salt and pepper. 3. Sear the seasoned pork chop on a grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side. 4. Meanwhile, cook the Instant Pot lentil mix according to the package directions (this typically takes about 10 minutes). 5. Also, toss squash and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 6. Roast the squash and green beans in a 375-degree oven for 15 minutes. 7. Serve the grilled pork chop alongside the cooked lentils, roasted squash, and green beans.View original recipe
