What you need

bunch fresh chives

pastry cup
tsp ground pepper
oz salmon fillet
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon, skin side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 2. Cook the salmon for 25 minutes then remove from the oven and let cool. 3. While the salmon cools, place the puff pastry cups on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. 4. Remove the skin from the salmon and place in a medium mixing bowl. Using a spatula, break up the salmon into small pieces and gently stir in the remoulade. 5. Scoop the salmon mixture into the puff pastry cups and top with chives. Enjoy!View original recipe
