What you need

tsp vanilla extract

cup butter

cup heavy cream

cup chopped pecans

tsp cinnamon

cup sugar
brioche loaf

cup brown sugar

can pumpkin puree

tbsp pumpkin pie spice
egg
jelly donut
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9” x 13” casserole dish with cooking spray, and place the bread pieces into the dish. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the praline sauce ingredients. Slowly pour the batter over the bread pieces in the baking dish. Using a spatula, fold the sauce around so all the bread is covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. While the bread pudding is baking, make the praline sauce. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter; then stir in the brown sugar and cream. Bring mixture to a boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and stir in the pecans. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the bread pudding. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!View original recipe
