What you need

cup frozen spinach

cup red onion

tbsp mint

tsp seasoned salt

tsp ground mustard

tsp garlic powder

tsp black peppercorn

tsp salt

lb ground turkey
Instructions
1. Preheat the Grill to 500 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. 3. Form into hamburger patties. 4. Cook the burgers on a grill or griddle at 500 for about 8 minutes a side or until the internal temperature is your desire. 5. Serve in a pita pocket with all your favorite toppings.
