What you need

iodized salt

black peppercorn
lemon
tbsp dill

tbsp chive

tbsp capers

tbsp horseradish

cup sour cream

cup whipped cream
lb trout
Instructions
1. Remove the skin from trout. Flake trout into pieces with a fork into a medium size bowl 2. In a small bowl, mix together all the other ingredients until combined then fold into the trout, being careful not to break the pieces up too much. 3.
