Cuban Pork

Check out this Cuban Pork! It’s one of new favorite recipes!! It was inspired by my Cuban sandwich I used to serve at my restaurant. It also makes great leftovers for sandwiches. You must try this out!

What you need

tsp pepper

tsp salt

tsp dry mustard

lb ham

lb swiss cheese

tsp garlic powder

cup dijon mustard

cup honey mustard

bunch fresh cilantro
lb pork loin
Instructions
1. Slice the loin every 2” but not cutting all the way through to keep the loin in 1 piece. 2. Marinate in the honey mustard overnight. 3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 4. Place the marinated loin on a cookie sheet lined with foil. 5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, & dry mustard. 6. Place a piece of ham, cheese & a pickle in between each slice. 7. Spread the Dijon on top and bake at 450 for 45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145-160 degrees. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!View original recipe
