What you need

tbsp butter

tbsp pickled jalapenos
cup cornstarch

cup shredded cheese

cup half & half
potato

tsp spice mix
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Peel and slice the potatoes. 3. In a large bowl, mix the cornstarch, half & half, brine, melted butter and the spices. 4. Grease a pan and build the potatoes around in a pie dish or layered. Top with a spoonful of the milk mixture, more spices, then the cheese. Place a few pickled jalapeños on top. 5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour then remove the foil or lid and broil for a few minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
