What you need
cup warm water

cup unsweetened coconut milk
cup granulated swerve

pinch fine sea salt

fl oz soda water

cup heavy cream

cup lime juice

green food color
Instructions
To make the Green Sherbet: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup Swerve granular sweetener, 1/4 cup lime juice or flavoring, 1 pinch sea salt, and 6 drops green food coloring. 2. Pour the mixture into a pre-frozen ice cream maker. Turn on and run for about 20 minutes until the sherbet is the texture of soft serve. 3. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze for at least 4 hours. To make the Witches Brew: 1. In a small glass, mix 1/4 cup Swerve granular sweetener and 1/2 cup warm water together. 2. In a large bowl, add 6 scoops of the prepared green sherbet, the sweetened water mixture, and 32 oz soda water. 3. Garnish with gummy worms, if desired.View original recipe
