Protein Peach French Toast Muffins

What you need

vanilla protein powder

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp maple syrup

cup sourdough bread

tsp cinnamon

cup milk

cup peach
egg
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, & salt. 2. Fold in the chopped bread & peaches then cover. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours if that’s all the time to have. 3. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. 4. Scoop the filling into 12 greased muffin tins. 5. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned. Let cool, remove from the tins & enjoy!View original recipe
